Sawwiq is the first Arabic platform that brings marketing and social media agencies together in one place: business owners in Jordan, the Gulf and Egypt see their real work, compare prices and client reviews, then contact them directly or contract through the platform with protected payments.
What we offer
A page for every agency with its work and priced packages, hire pages for every service and city, an AI assistant that asks about your project and suggests the best-suited agencies with a realistic budget, and project requests where several agencies send you quotes.
What our three labels mean
"Business identity verified": we checked the agency's commercial registration. It confirms the business is registered, not the quality of its work. "Contact confirmed": the reviewer was invited by the agency with a single-use link or contacted it through Sawwiq, so we know the two were in touch. "Completed-project review": the review comes from a client whose contract on Sawwiq was completed.
How we keep reviews real
Only a client the agency invited with a single-use link, or a client who contacted the agency through Sawwiq, can write a review. Reviews can't be bought and negative ones aren't removed; the agency can reply publicly.
Protected payments
When you contract through Sawwiq, the work is split into milestones with dates, amounts and a checklist of deliverables that the client confirms before a milestone is accepted. Protected payments are not live yet: until Sawwiq's licensed payment partner is connected and our legal review is complete, the payment steps run in test mode with no real money, and the two sides pay each other directly. Sawwiq holds no money and charges no fee in the meantime.
Demo accounts
During the pilot some agencies carry a "Demo" label. They are examples for trying the platform, not real agencies; they are removed as real agencies join and are kept out of search results.
How Sawwiq makes money
Browsing, contacting agencies and asking for quotes are free for everyone. Once protected payments go live through a licensed payment partner, Sawwiq will take a fee from each payment released to the agency (planned at 10%), never added to what the client pays. Until then Sawwiq charges no fees. Later we may offer agencies clearly labelled subscriptions for priority placement; they never change how reviews rank.
