SawwiqTerms and privacy
Sawwiq showcases the work of social media agencies in Jordan. This page summarises how we use data and what each side is responsible for. The full legal version is under review.
Visitors
You don't need an account. We use an anonymous cookie to remember your likes, saves and follows on your device, and to count views once a day. We don't sell your data or use third-party ads.
Messages to agencies
When you message an agency, we share your name, number and message with that agency only, with your explicit consent. Messages are kept for 24 months, then deleted.
Agencies
You are responsible for the accuracy of your page and for having the right to publish the work you show. Sponsored posts are always labelled "Sponsored". We may hide content that breaks these rules or suspend accounts.
Your rights
Under Jordan's Personal Data Protection Law No. 24 of 2023 you can ask to access, correct or delete your data, or withdraw consent. Write to privacy@sawwiq.org.
Pricing
Browsing, contacting agencies and asking for quotes are free. Protected payments are in test mode: until Sawwiq's licensed payment partner is connected, no real money is collected or held through Sawwiq, the parties pay each other directly, and Sawwiq charges no fee. We will update these terms and tell users before protected payments go live.
